1. General Information

 1.1. Your use of the services provided by Safar Yakhi Tour & Travel Company is governed by these terms and conditions, or & “Terms”. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms by using our services.

1.2. Safar Yakhi Tour and Travel Company is a subsidiary of Aarogya Techzone Pvt Limited and is entitled to revise or alter these Terms at any point. Any changes will take effect right away if we post them on our website or send you a direct message.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All reservations are contingent upon availability and validation by Safar Yakhi. At our sole discretion, we retain the right to reject or cancel any reservation.
2.2. When making a reservation, you might be asked for a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid according to the conditions listed in your booking confirmation.
2.3. Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other means designated by Safar Yakhi. Every transaction is handled in the currency that is specified on your reservation.
2.4. Any additional expenses (such as taxes or extra services) that were not covered by the original reservation are the passenger’s responsibility.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy specified in your booking confirmation and must be submitted in writing.
3.2. The cancellation policy will apply to the processing of refunds, and administrative fees might apply. Depending on the method of payment, refunds may take several weeks to process.
3.3. Safar Yakhi will collaborate with you to offer substitutes in the event of a force majure or unanticipated circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest), but it will not be responsible for any further expenses.

4. Modifications to reservations

4.1. Modifications to reservations must be made in writing, are subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
4.2. Safar Yakhi disclaims all liability for any damages or extra expenses resulting from modifications to your reservation, including those made by outside service providers.

5. Obligations of Travelers  

5.1. Travelers bear the responsibility of ensuring they possess the required travel documents, such as passports and visas, and adhere to the entry requirements of the places they are visiting.
5.2. While traveling, visitors are required to abide by all local laws and regulations. Any fines or legal problems you may have while traveling are not Safar Yakhi’s responsibility.
5.3 The passenger bears the obligation to supply correct information at the time of reservation. There could be extra fees or complications for any mistakes or omissions.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. By using our services, or by any delay, loss, or damage associated with travel, Safar Yakhi disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.2. To protect against medical costs, trip cancellations, and other unanticipated events, we strongly advise travellers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Grievances and Disputes

7.1. Safar Yakhi must receive written complaints about our services within seven days of the incident. We promise to use every effort to quickly identify and fix the problem.
7.2. Any legal actions or disputes resulting from your use of our services or these Terms will be governed by the laws of India/Delhi, and any court proceedings will take place in Delhi/India.
